BIG NEWS Post - well, for me anyway...

So yeah, remember I told you guys to vote for me at the You're Never Too Young to Write Contest?

Well, I was tied for 3rd for the Fic with all the drama and tied for 2nd for the Fic with the Perfect Grammar for my story Smell the Roses .

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! I will post my banners when I receive them, ok?

And another big news for my fanfiction, you know the Indie TwiFic Awards? It is a contest for recognizing those low-key fics who deserve more praise - or something like that.

And guess what?




My fic, The Notebook, has been on the long list of nominations!! My fic had to go through some criteria so I guess my fic passed the criteria! I am so happy! I was like - OMG - this is HUGE!! So please vote for me here starting July 8, 2009. I will keep you posted whether or not I make it for the short list of nominations!

A New Blog Of Mine - I really must have no life and a preview of what's next.

So I have lots of time now that school is out so I have made a new blog for the fanfiction contest I am holding. For now, it will be serving the purpose of the home of the contest but afterwards, it will just be another blog of mine with my ramblings.

Fluff N' Stuff Contest for Teens

Hey there! I am hosting a fanfiction contest for those who love fluff and other stuff. There will be categories where you can nominate your favourite stories. The only rules are that they have to be for teens so rating T and below. You can't nominate your own stories though. So...here are the categories.

Wow!

So um yeah..the second image is the tentative cover of the paperback edition of the New Moon book. It is similar to the first poster - but the difference is Bella's head angling and Edward's sad downward expression.

Well, you know what I thought of the first poster and now you get to see what I think of the next "poster".

I can't say I love it, but it's good though. For some reason I don'tlike that Edward looks like that. I mean, it shows that he is sad and dejected, but would Edward really look downward like that? I don't know - I just prefer the first one. Do you guys get what I mean? I mean, Edward can look tortured but I don't think his head would hang over like that when he sees Jacob and Bella.

So overall - I give the new image a 3.5/5 - the first poster 4.5/5.

Another wow here. What do you guys think of this? I would definitely go buy the book just for this cover. I see that here Bella and Jacob are going to get close and Edward is still there, in the back of Bella's mind. I like how Edward isn't entirely out of the picture. Bella seems clingy here but that is exactly what she is so they captured that essence of her beautifully. And Jacob- wow, his stare is intense, but perfect.

This image - 4/5 - something is still lacking...I don't know. I still haven't seen the perfect image yet. Let's hope there will be one.

OME! New Moon Teaser TRAILER!

Have any of you guys see the trailer....like O-M-G. I loved it. The make up looked SOOO much better. I love the gold tint versus the blue tint of Twilight. And OMG> Jacob! Wow, his wolf form looked so cool. And Edward looks good too. ^^

Isn't it amazing? Don't you just love their the Cullens transformation along with Bella? Bella, I think, has just gotten much feminine. I love her green dress. But, omg, Edward - I love his tortured expression.
